By purchasing our products you confirm you are trained and qualified in a treatment you have bought products for. Any claims made without a valid proof of accredited certificate will not be accepted. Flavo will not take any responsibility for damage or injuries caused by Flavo products, if a a proof of accredited certificate is missing, as well as have a clear written record of patch tests on a client 24h prior EVERY treatment, signed by a client.
If an item arrived damaged or unsuitable for the purpose, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with 5x clearly visible photos and an explanation of the damage. If a lash tray arrives broken however, all the last extensions are still intact, that will be classified as a damage during delivery and claim will need to be made directly to a delivery service provider (Postoffice)
Returns or refund provided only if your item was not suitable for intended purpose/not in a working condition.
If you would like to return an item, due to incorrect order or it wasn’t what you were looking for, the item must be returned to us within 5 working days, at your own expense of postage.

Damaged Packaging or Damaged item received?
Please notify us within 48 hours from the received day. A replacement order will be posted out same date as notification from you received. If we have not heard from you within 5 days from the dispatch date, that is counted as item has been accepted by you, and you will not be liable for a replacement item, or a voucher.
